Recipes:
LOW CARB TURKEY MEATLOAF
40 oz ground turkey – 93% lean
1/2 egg substitute (Egg Beaters)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Add ketchup or tomato sauce as desired if meat loaf seems too dry.
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Form into meatloaf. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. You may remove meat loaf from oven and drain fat during cooking. Drain remaining fat and let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 16. |
